This is the new trailer for a new documentary called “No Knock-No Charge? (The Amir Locke Story)”. After review of Body-Cam footage, the family of Amir Locke demands that the Department of Justice and the Minnesota Attorney General bring charges against the officers that executed Amir Locke. Amir Locke, a 22 year old African American fast asleep was fatally shot by Minneapolis SWAT on February 2, 2022, when St. Paul and Minneapolis Police executed a no-knock search warrant. The officer-involved shooting was reviewed by Attorney General Keith Ellison, Hennepin County Attorney Michael Freeman, and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Ellison and Freeman declined to file criminal charges against the officer who shot Locke.
